If you are unhappy with a service that People Support Ltd has provided, the conduct or behaviour of our company or staff you are able to raise this as a concern.
You can do this in several ways. You can call us, email us or write us a letter.

As much information as you can. It is helpful to have names, times, locations and any other evidence you have.
It is helpful to provide your information however this is not essential. If you are currently employed by People Support Ltd please refer to the Whistleblowing Policy.
We will log your complaint within 1 working day.
An investigation will be carried out and we will provide you with an update within 5 working days.
We may share this information with other agencies where required to ensure a fair investigation is carried out.
We aim to resolve all investigations within 30 days.
We ensure that we learn from all concerns raised. People Support Ltd will reflect on all concerns, create proactive measures to ensure that issues highlighted are overcome and carry out regular reviews.
Feedback is always welcome and is a major contributing factor to our continuous development plan.
